Let’s talk

Business process automation

Business process automation, one workflow at a time.

We automate repetitive actions across email, documents, business systems and people, creating faster, traceable and controlled workflows.

01

What we automate

Invoice and document intake, data recognition and validation, employee onboarding and offboarding, request classification, data synchronisation and automated reporting.

02

How it works

We connect sources through APIs, databases, file exchange or secure automation tools, adding rules, approvals, notifications, exception handling and audit logs.

03

The outcome

Shorter cycle times, fewer errors, consistent execution and clear ownership. We start with a process whose value can be measured.

Capabilities

A solution built around your real workflow

Technology is selected around the process, data and risk.

  • ✓Invoices and financial documents
  • ✓Employee onboarding and offboarding
  • ✓Contracts, deadlines and DMS
  • ✓CRM, ERP and data synchronisation
  • ✓Automated reports and notifications
  • ✓Exception and error handling

Choose your starting point

What should you automate first, and when does it need AI?

When the action follows explicit rules

Data transfers, reminders and approvals often need conventional automation and APIs. We define the trigger, data source, exceptions and responsible person first. Current time and error measurements give the pilot a baseline for comparison.

When the task involves interpreting content

AI can extract fields, classify an enquiry or draft a reply. Outputs are evaluated against agreed examples, with human approval for critical actions. If a process is rare or changes continually, we first assess whether automation is worthwhile.

Before your enquiry

Has an automation started repeating actions?

Where we start

Start with an existing n8n workflow assessment: its triggers, input data, failed steps and behaviour on retries. For Gmail, examine message retrieval, label changes, drafts and sending separately. A mail-delivery issue does not establish that n8n caused it.

What to provide

For assessment, provide the workflow goal, systems involved, one anonymised failure example and when the problem started. Keep passwords and API keys out of the form. Agree access and a test environment separately.

How we verify the outcome

Example acceptance scenario: one enquiry creates one record, retries do not duplicate it, and failures reach a responsible person. An AI reply remains a draft until the agreed approval. Repair boundaries and price follow diagnosis.

Before we start

Useful questions. Clear answers.

Can we start with one workflow?

Yes. A first stage can focus on one recurring workflow, exceptions and controls before expanding.

Can human approval remain part of the process?

Yes. We define review and approval steps according to the data and consequences of an error.

Who this is for

For teams repeatedly copying data, looking up documents or tracking approvals manually. Start with one frequent task.

First stage

A clear outcome to start with

  • A map of one recurring workflow
  • Exceptions and human approval points
  • A pilot with agreed time and error measurements

Scope and investment

What affects cost and timing

  • System access and data-format diversity
  • Rules and exception count
  • Execution frequency and monitoring needs

We estimate after reviewing data, access and stage boundaries. Maintenance scope, response times and responsibilities are agreed separately.

Start with the need

What would you like to change?

Describe one recurring task: its trigger, the systems involved, how often it runs and where it gets stuck. Share current manual effort if known. An anonymised workflow example is enough; do not send credentials.
