Systems and API integration

Systems integration and API development for connected data.

We build reliable integrations across cloud, on-premise and custom systems so information moves securely without repetitive manual work.

01

What we connect

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, DMS, HR, CRM, ERP, SQL databases, REST APIs and bespoke internal systems.

02

Data exchange

We design APIs, webhooks, imports, exports, scheduled synchronisation and data transformation, including retries and exception handling.

03

Reliability

Data is validated before transfer, actions are logged and monitored, and automated steps are clearly separated from human approval.

IDEAS. CONNECTIONS. WORKING SYSTEMS.

From data to clarity.

We connect your sources, organise imports and prepare data for the work ahead.

Capabilities

A solution built around your real workflow

Technology is selected around the process, data and risk.

  • ✓REST APIs and webhooks
  • ✓SQL and databases
  • ✓Business Central
  • ✓Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
  • ✓CRM, ERP, DMS and HR systems
  • ✓Imports, migrations and synchronisation

Choose your starting point

An API connection or a file import?

For ongoing data exchange

APIs and webhooks can move customers, orders and statuses between systems. We review vendor documentation, supported operations, limits and access before selecting a connection. Each field needs an agreed source of truth.

When your data arrives in files

CSV or XML can support catalogues and scheduled imports when a suitable API is unavailable. Stable identifiers, field mappings, validation and invalid-row reporting are essential. Import frequency follows the actual business need.

Before your enquiry

Which system owns each field?

Where we start

Before connecting accounting, CRM or an online store, establish which source controls customer data, prices, stock and order status. Having an API does not establish that every required operation is supported.

What to provide

Assessment needs system names, vendor API or import documentation and an anonymised data sample. Specify one-way or two-way exchange, required frequency and who owns exceptions.

How we verify the outcome

Example test: one order reaches the target once, repeated notifications do not duplicate it, and a temporary target outage leaves recoverable data. Agree conflict handling, monitoring and maintenance separately.

Before we start

Useful questions. Clear answers.

What if a system has no API?

We assess supported exports, imports, file exchange or another vendor-supported route. A specific integration requires reliable access.

How are integration errors detected?

Validation, logs, retries and exception notifications are designed into the workflow.

Who this is for

For businesses whose accounting, commerce and internal tools share data but receive inconsistent updates.

First stage

A clear outcome to start with

  • Review source and target system access
  • Field mappings using sample records
  • Test one flow with retry control

Scope and investment

What affects cost and timing

  • API documentation, limits and sandbox access
  • Data transformation and conflict rules
  • Historical migration and update frequency

We estimate after reviewing data, access and stage boundaries. Maintenance scope, response times and responsibilities are agreed separately.

Agree verifiable stages

  1. 01

    Access

  2. 02

    Field schema

  3. 03

    Test transfer

  4. 04

    Error control
