This policy explains what data we receive, why we process it and what rights you have.
Data we receive
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, company name, project description and technical security-log data. Partnership applications also include the phone number you provide, business idea, customer and demand information, experience, business status, responsibilities, time and investment commitments, expectations and links.
Why and how long we process it
We use the data to respond, assess a potential project, protect the website and meet legal obligations. Enquiry data is normally retained for up to 12 months unless a contract or law requires longer.
AI project brief and calculator
Calculator selections and assumptions are transmitted only when you submit an enquiry. Clicking the AI brief button sends your entered project description to the OpenAI API to prepare a draft. Contact-form fields are not sent to AI. Do not include confidential or personal data. We request store: false for API responses; the provider may still process data for security and abuse prevention under its terms. You can edit the draft before submitting or use the form without AI.
Free business tools
Automation, software-selection and MVP tools calculate in your browser. Inputs and results are transmitted only when you submit an enquiry. CSV files are processed locally, originals are unchanged and file contents are not uploaded to our server or analytics. The website-check button sends the entered public address to our server, which requests the specified page; its server sees Differline’s server IP and checker User-Agent. We inspect initial HTML signals and server response timing. We do not create a database of checked URLs or results; temporary rate-limit records protect the service. Infrastructure logs may contain your IP, checker endpoint, time and HTTP status, but not the URL entered in JSON or file contents.
Differline Labs photo experiments
Photos are sent to our analysis service only when you select them and confirm consent. Use photos of consenting adults only. Images and temporary facial feature vectors are processed in memory; we do not write them to files, logs, training sets or a member catalogue. Each analysis process is limited to 35 seconds and exits after processing. Numeric results remain in memory for up to 60 seconds; clearing or cancelling requests earlier removal. These automatic limits apply if the connection fails. Results remain in your browser until cleared or the page is closed; you control downloaded copies. An essential HttpOnly cookie lasting up to 30 minutes separates attempts; temporary rate-limit records with a one-way IP identifier use a 10-minute counting window. Photos, facial vectors, age estimates and comparison results are not sent to analytics or business enquiries. With analytics consent, we measure only the tool type, start, completion, broad error category and visits to service pages. These entertainment tools do not verify identity, adulthood or biological relationships.
Who receives the data
Enquiries are delivered to our Differline mailboxes and forwarded to info@itprekyba.lt. We use infrastructure and email providers, OpenAI when you choose the AI brief feature, and Google Analytics when you consent to analytics. Labs photo analysis runs on our infrastructure without external AI APIs.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or object to processing. You may also contact the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Cookies
Without your consent, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and analytics data is not transmitted. Your choice for this domain is stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days. If you agree, _ga and _ga_* analytics cookies are used for up to 180 days, and Google Analytics measures page visits and successful enquiry events. We do not send form text, contacts or AI descriptions to analytics, and do not use advertising personalisation or Google Signals. Change your consent using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent removes this domain’s analytics cookies. Google services may process data outside the EEA under their terms and applicable safeguards.
