When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, company name, process description and technical security-log data.
Why and how long we process it
We use the data to respond, assess a potential project, protect the website and meet legal obligations. Enquiry data is normally retained for up to 12 months unless a contract or law requires longer.
Who receives the data
Enquiries are delivered to our Differline mailboxes and forwarded to info@itprekyba.lt. We use only infrastructure and email providers required to operate the website and communications.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or object to processing. You may also contact the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Cookies
The website currently uses no advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Essential technical data may be processed to keep the website secure and operational.
