How to use the result
Example: a booking product needs availability and booking submission before multiple visual themes.
The result supports discussion and independent evaluation. It is not a quote, delivery timeline or guarantee. Validate assumptions against real data.
Practical use
Before making a decision.
How do I decide what is essential?
Name one problem and the first user group. An essential feature enables the core action or tests product value. If every feature is marked essential, try a smaller scenario that can be shown to a real user.
What does relative effort mean?
It is your comparison between features, not engineering hours or pricing. APIs, data quality, permissions and exceptions can change complexity. Record dependencies beside each feature; the tool does not resolve them automatically.
How can I validate demand before building?
Agree a success measure, such as whether users complete the action and it solves their problem. Test through conversations, a prototype or a small pilot workflow. The AI brief can help frame questions but does not replace customer conversations.
